My healthy vision
Food in my eyes is everything. Being both a basic need and a source of enjoyment, it connects worlds and people of all types. As a dietitian, I help people progress to a more balanced lifestyle, with emphasis on a better relationship with food – a healthy lifestyle that is not detrimental to the needs that food fulfills in our lives. I am a great believer in balance and in enjoying food in correct doses. In my opinion, a healthy lifestyle should be sane, workable, convenient and pleasant (and yes, it should include chocolate as well). That is the only way we can really pave our road to long term health and balance.

My healthy vision
Sports, nutrition and a healthy lifestyle have been my strongest element for many years. Changing habits does not come easily, and requires a change in one’s lifestyle and thought process.
Up until my twenties I suffered from obesity. A long, complex process that began during my military service changed my entire outlook with regards to nutrition and sports. At the end of the process I had lost more than 40 kg.
My life changed completely, and now I know that it is possible to enjoy a diverse menu that also incorporates pleasure, and to make exercise a part of one’s daily life and even enjoy it, out of an understanding that making small changes in life can have great effects.

My healthy vision
Since I can remember I was involved in physical exercise. In my opinion, exercise makes it possible to have the right connection between body and soul, and over the years I have decided to convert my passion into a profession. I then participated in a fitness trainers course at the Wingate Institute. After 4 years as a fitness trainer I decided to expand my profession and study nutritional sciences, based on the belief that combining a balanced diet with controlled exercise is the secret to obtaining long term results.
Based on my experience, a big change can begin with small decisions. Exercise does not need to be intensive in order to bring about results and a sense of satisfaction. Even if we only take upon ourselves one small task, we can feel a great difference!
